Some really good news about Deanshanger Village Library...

It will officially reopen on Wednesday 21st October 2020. The new opening times are Wednesdays 10 am - 2 pm and Fridays 11 am - 1 pm and 2 pm - 4 pm. Access is limited to 15 min browsing slots and three members of the public in at a time. Two members of staff will supervise the browsing and borrowing of items.

It will be very different to the library it was before lockdown, with much stricter rules, but the main thing is that it is back!

There will be no events and no special activities and, sadly, the Friends of Deanshanger Library and their willing group of volunteers will not be allowed to help. However, it is something we must support if at all possible.
