Ofsted

The school values all feedback provided in order to constantly reflect and improve.

Ofsted inspects schools to provide information to parents, to promote improvement and to hold schools to account for the public money they receive. School inspections are required by law.  Ofsted provides an independent assessment of the quality and standards of education in schools and checks whether pupils are achieving as much as they can.

The last full Ofsted inspection at Deanshanger Primary School was 4th and 5th June 2019. Our June 2019 Ofsted report can be found here and a supporting letter from the Head teacher and Chair of Governors.

Since then, we have had an HMI visit (2nd March 2021) - click here for the full report, and a monitoring inspection visit on 25th May 2021 - click here for the full report.

We are committed to rigorous and rapid improvement in the areas outlined and to ensure that our school provides the very best broad opportunities for all children.
