We have all been extremely proud of the children in their recent Christmas concerts - they performed with enthusiasm, energy, pride and talent. Thank you very much for joining us and providing lots of positive feedback.
What with a whole school trip to the panto, hosting a Christmas lunch for older members of the community, and enjoying our own delicious Christmas lunch yesterday, it has been a very special time of year.
The staff team at DPS are amazing and constantly go over and above to provide the very best for your children. I would like to thank them all for their hard work on a daily basis and most recently, for ensuring that the extra events such as the concerts and trips can go ahead.
Special thanks and best wishes to Miss Rosalba Nocito as she starts her maternity leave today. Thank you for giving so much to Year 1 in your time with us. We look forward to a joint teaching arrangement in January with myself in class in the mornings and Mrs. Tapp in the afternoons.
Behind the scenes, we are extremely well-supported by the PTA, the Grand Union Partnership and our own local governing body. Again, I would like to extend huge thanks to everyone for committing so much to our school and constantly being there for us. There is a huge amount to be grateful for.
